I had an extremely disappointing experience and am requesting a refund. I was not satisfied with almost anything about this stay, starting with the room conditions. Two rooms were assigned on the street floor, and mine faced a busy intersection with a traffic light practically in front, as shown in the attached photos. Privacy was practically nonexistent: I could never open the curtains or windows because anyone passing on the street could see straight into the room. The street noise was unbearable, and on top of that the air‑conditioning was extremely loud, making it impossible to use. The bed was very uncomfortable, the carpet visibly dirty, and the overall condition of the room was far below any acceptable standard. The bathroom had its own issues: to get hot water I had to let the tap run for at least five minutes, which is an outright unacceptable situation for a lodging facility. The common areas were no better. The hotel corridors looked neglected and dilapidated, giving the impression of being in an abandoned building. Breakfast was perhaps the only somewhat acceptable aspect, but still of mediocre quality. The overall atmosphere of the property was far from what one would expect from a hotel meant for a tourist stay. The clientele seemed mainly workers, and the whole experience felt more like a very low‑end motel than a hotel. I believe the conditions of the property are absolutely inadequate compared to what one expects when booking a hotel through .
