“Disappointing”

Close to the beach Parking on site. Mouldy bathroom No sound proofing - hear neighbouring room above and next door, cars starting early in the morning Room to door didn’t stay open so was hard to get into room with bag Restaurant wasn’t open on Sunday night for dinner upon arrival . Bathroom very tight Air con noisy and didn’t get cold no matter how low it was on. At checkout found out charged for someone else’s breakfast n reception staff were rude when I questioned the charge

We traveled with our kids, and it was very important to me that they enjoyed their school holidays at the hotel. We really loved the swimming pool, spa, and sauna. Everything was clean and beautifully designed, with lovely views. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, especially as it was very convenient for us traveling with children. The rooms were clean, although a little small and dark. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!. I asked for rooms that were connected to each other, but we did not have it
