Everything was spotless, so sharing the bathroom didn't pose any issues. The rooms are on the upper floor and are a bit sound‑transmitting. The landlord is very easygoing and nice, and the terrace is a good spot to sit. Check‑in and check‑out were straightforward and fairly flexible, and the location is in a very quiet residential area. The downside is that the property is a bit out of the way, farther from Franziskusweg. The ceiling height is limited by the roof slope—this was fine for us, but people taller than 185 cm might find it a bit tight. Also, the place isn't easy to find.

The air conditioning and strong WiFi were present. However, the staff were not friendly. They rushed us through the checkout without explaining the services or options available at the property.
