The service was good. There were small details missing in the bathroom.

The room was downright ugly and nothing matched the pictures on the website. It felt far from what was advertised, so I left disappointed.

The room I was given bore no resemblance to the images online, and the only way to snag a slightly better one was to pay extra. I felt ripped off and wouldn't stay here again.

The staff were friendly and attentive, but the room itself was a nightmare—dirty sheets, hair in the bathroom, broken lamp, and a busted mattress base. I couldn't get comfortable and left feeling gross.
