“Horrible and cold”
I landed in a room that was already known to lack heating; it stayed at 40* and I couldn't sleep. The front desk confirmed the heat was broken and never followed up, so I won’t recommend this place.

The place was spotless and the staff were outstanding—Sashae handled every request with professionalism, the breakfast team was attentive, and the location was right next to everything we wanted. I’d definitely suggest staying here if you’re nearby.

It was hard to serve ourselves; we had to wait because the meals were scarce and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The breakfast received the lowest rating of our stays, scoring 2 out of 5. The breakfast lacked food, had little or no fruit, and the line was long.
