Bed was comfortable. One of the beds was not made; the covers were on the chair as if someone had used the room just before. The shower had no hot water; it was like taking a cold shower.

“Confusing room switches, broken locks, and no sleep”

I was close to the spot I needed to reach, but the room switching was confusing, locks were broken, and I couldn’t sleep. I called a day ahead and was told Room 125 would be ready by 10:00 AM. When I got there, the clerk randomly moved me to Room 131, whose lock was completely broken. The clerk even admitted that another guest had reported the lock, yet they still gave it to me, showing a disregard for guest safety. I was only moved back to Room 125 after an hour-long wait, leaving me puzzled why it wasn’t ready at 10:00 AM as promised. Worse, Room 125 was right by a back exit door that slammed loudly all night, leaving me with barely 20 % of a night's sleep. Between safety risks, broken promises, and noise, I can’t recommend this place for solo travelers.

“Thought this was more reliable than air bnbs, I'll never make that mistake again.”

I arrived to check in, and the front desk told me the hotel was overbooked and denied my reservation, yet I was still charged. I had to find another hotel from the same company for $300 more. Everything was an inconvenience. At 2 AM, while trying to check in, my wife had a mental breakdown; we hadn’t slept in 24 hrs and had to force ourselves to find accommodations elsewhere.

There was no room key, and the front desk had to escort me to the room every time. The room could have been cleaner; mold was in the shower and refrigerator, and past occupant’s clothing was left in the room.
