Clean, friendly staff and great service, plus a tasty breakfast. The TV was a bit small and positioned high, making it hard to see.

We stayed for three nights in Whitby at this beautiful hotel, which was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely, the location close to everything, and the value for money was great. The views were amazing, and the host, Lee, was polite, helpful, and informative. All in all, a lovely stay with Victorian décor that added to the charm.
