We were greeted warmly, opted for breakfast which turned out to be excellent, and the accommodation was spotless with fresh, well‑designed decor; there was nothing to criticize.

The location is perfect—under five minutes on foot to Grand Pier, town, pubs, and restaurants. The hotel room was lovely, spacious, clean, and fully equipped, with plenty of useful information about the hotel and surroundings. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We booked two nights and enjoyed a Timbertop Treat that included a lovely bottle of Prosecco and savory snacks—just perfect. The quirky, quaint, high‑quality food made for an exceptional couple’s getaway.

Stayed for a night with work so unfortunately didn't get to appreciate the quality of the room, facilities or the beautiful town itself. The room was lovely, clean as you would expect with more space than you could dream of. A special mention has to go to the lovely lady who runs the hotel who spent a good 20 minutes talking with myself, explaining the town and it's sights, where the best places were to eat and much more. Wouldn't hesitate to return one second!. My only negative was that I couldn't spend any more time in the room or hotel, it exceeded expectations, especially when it was only a bed for the night with work!

The accommodation was superb—so clean it was practically spotless. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed, including an excellent shower, a full‑size fridge, bathrobes, and more. We enjoyed a beautiful sea view, nibbles, prosecco, and a chocolate turndown by the bed. Great cookies and fresh milk were also provided. I loved sitting in the bay window and watching the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and did everything possible for us. Parking was great and the town was a quick walk away. Thank you so much. The only thing we missed was breakfast; we regret not choosing it.
