“Hôtel paradisiaque”

The staff’s kindness and courtesy, the room, the many beach loungers, the view, the location, the activities and the restaurants are all great, but it’s a pity they don’t lend snorkeling gear outside the guided activity and the exchange rate is very unfavorable.

“A bit disappointing, especially for the price we paid.”

Breakfast is top - Nice views. I booked two rooms next to each other and on arrival one room was not clean, shower and aircon were also not working apparently in that room. They wanted to put my son in a room in another building. I requested one on the same building and he finally got one, two rooms after ours. His aircon did not work, called the reception, who said they were sending someone to check but to no avail. It was quite hot and humid making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Also the drinks at one of the restaurants, Konviv Restaurant, were exorbitant; a gin and a litchi cool drink plus a glass of red wine cost almost 45 AUD - Rs900 (AUD 30) for the gin and Rs460 (AUD 15) for the wine

I couldn’t access the Indian and Mauritian restaurants because the reservation system made it impossible. Hot water was out for two mornings in a row. Checkout was complicated, maybe because our independent booking disrupted the hotel’s schedule.

“Je recommande !”

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The facilities are really great, especially the pool and beach. The room was very spacious, clean and offered a beautiful view. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The only small drawback was the buffet, which lacked a bit of variety. Overall, it’s a very good hotel that we recommend without hesitation.

The resort is great, the room was very nice with wonderful ocean views, staff were friendly and helpful, the pool and beach area were relaxing, and the food and beverage outlets were nice.
