“Maison Italia”

Delicious breakfast! The room was a bit small but comfortable. It had a nice outdoor area, though the stone floor was uncomfortable. I think the bath towels could have been larger and of better quality for a place like this. The reception was absent at times and I had to wait for it to return before I could check in. I tried calling but nobody answered. It was quite bad that the outdoor bathrooms were locked.

“Excelente opción en Santiago”

I loved the building and its facilities, everything was super pretty, clean, and the terrace in the room was a plus. At the entrance there are boutique shops with lovely items to buy souvenirs from the city. The area where it is located was amazing; you feel very safe and there are many good food, café, ice‑cream, and antique bazaar options. The staff was very attentive and warm.

The staff were friendly and very helpful in recommending places to eat and arranging taxis. The room was on the smaller side, but well designed and in a brilliant location. Breakfast was nice. The water cooler in the hallway was great for us to refill bottles from – good idea.

“Boutique hôtel style industriel dans le quartier bohème de Barrio Italia”

The industrial chic style of this boutique hotel. It is very well located in Barrio Italia with plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, which is very safe. The staff’s kindness. The fabulous breakfast. Nothing to add.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was great! The terrace is a luxury. It is a bit noisy at night, even though the windows are good.
