Everything about this place is perfect – I stay here every time I visit Gatlinburg. I have no complaints.

Everything was amazing, and there was nothing I didn’t like.

The rate was reasonable and the room was good; it’s also in a nice area just off the main strip. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, so we didn’t get a good night’s sleep.

The room size was nice. It took forever to fill the in‑room jacuzzi, which was why we only used it once – very disappointing. The location is at least a half mile down to the main strip, and walking back up to the room is uphill, so we won’t choose this spot again.
