Arriving, I found someone already in my room and there was no staff on site, so I had to sort things out with other guests myself. The bed was awful with broken slats, and overall the place felt chaotic.
Nothing. I had a very bad experience because we arrived at the apartment that was not easy to access and in the end we found ourselves in the apartment with our luggage and realized that the previous traveler had taken the key. We called the number on the reservation, who did not bother to reply, then he contacted us via SMS from another number to say he was sorry and had just realized that the previous traveler had taken the key. We were left in a mess and had to make another booking on booking to stay the night. After various SMS exchanges he simply sent us a final message telling us to file a claim on booking because he does not manage that… here’s a bit of our ordeal… apparently it is an apartment with no follow‑up or requirements for travelers given the price of the night… I strongly advise against it.
