“Worst experience ever”

Nothing - Rien - Nuk më pëlqeu kjo. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel is very dirty, and the room I booked had a very small window located high up. During the three days we stayed there, nobody came to clean the room at all; it was left exactly as it was. The woman at the reception was also very unprofessional and rude. When we arrived for check-in, she came out with dye in her hair and spoke to us in a very unpleasant manner. The bathroom had a broken shower head and was not properly drained at all. Water would come out whenever someone was taking a shower. The TV was not a smart TV, so you could not use YouTube or watch anything online. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I strongly suggest looking for another hotel. ////// C’est la pire expérience que j’ai jamais eue dans un hôtel. L’hôtel est très sale et la chambre que j’avais réservée avait une toute petite fenêtre située très haut. Pendant les trois jours où nous avons séjourné dans l’hôtel, personne n’est venu nettoyer la chambre ; elle est restée exactement dans le même état. La femme à la réception était également très impolie et peu professionnelle. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour faire le check-in, elle est sortie avec de la teinture dans les cheveux et nous a parlé d’une manière très désagréable. La salle de bain avait une douche cassée et l’évacuation de l’eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement. L’eau remontait et sortait lorsque quelqu’un prenait une douche. La télévision n’était pas une Smart TV, il était donc impossible d’utiliser YouTube ou de regarder du contenu en ligne. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.
