Terres de France - Résidence de la Cabre d'Or

“l’emplacement est très sympa et les alentours sont jolisagréable”

The location was great. Some apartments had been renovated, but there were still unfinished touches. Dishware was missing, salad baskets were mismatched, and the sofa was worn out. There was no Wi‑Fi, which mattered when I had to work.

The residence was quiet and pleasant.

Everything nearby was convenient, and the facilities like the playground and pool were handy. The accommodation was very dirty, and the bathroom was filthy.

Our stay at this residence was particularly unpleasant because of a glaring lack of hygiene. When we arrived, the room was in an unacceptable condition: the floor was very dirty, dust was everywhere on the furniture, and spider webs hung in the corners. The provided bed linens were unclean. Only the pillows were acceptable because they were kept in clean bags. Thankfully we brought our own sheets and blankets; otherwise we would have had no way to sleep there. This level of neglect in cleanliness is intolerable. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

The room was filthy, the sofa was a yellow vomit‑colored mess instead of blue, and it really needed a renovation and deep cleaning – it was disgusting. I had to ask for sheets to cover the unsanitary sofa, especially since I was traveling with children, one of whom was very young; that was unacceptable. Luckily, I only stayed one night. The housekeeping was a problem – the cleaning was inadequate.
