The Alena Resort a Pramana Experience

We spent three nights at this property, which is exceptional in every way. The reception was courteous and professional, and the staff were available from the start to the end of our stay. The accommodation was fantastic: we had a room with a private pool, clean, comfortable, and service flawless. At breakfast we asked for our fruit to be changed because we didn’t like what was offered, and that was handled without any problem. We really appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff—from the manager to the front‑desk attendants and the housekeeping crew, all at our disposal. If I return to this area of Bali, I will definitely come back to this hotel and I highly recommend it. Thank you again for the warm welcome, and see you soon!

Loved our stay here! The staff is soooo nice, always asking if we needed anything! Loved the food, the breakfast and the amenities. We enjoyed their happy hour at the pool. The resort is small but felt very personal because the staff knew what we were up to at all times, and I really enjoyed talking to each of them personally. Overall I really enjoyed our stay. They gave me a little bag for souvenir which was a really nice touch. I honestly wish I could remember everyone’s names but know I’m thankful for everything!. A lot of pressure to review. I am happy to give the review as our stay was amazing, but I wish they didn’t ask us to review every time we saw someone on the staff. We understand the business but felt really high pressure until the last minute as I was entering the car to leave the hotel

“شكرا لكم ❤️”

The staff were exceptionally good, but the location is a bit far from the center.

“A great place to stay - we really enjoyed our time here!”

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we even had a lovely private pool. The outdoor bathroom and dining area were perfect! The restaurant was great – the breakfast selection was awesome, and the lunch and dinner menus were also fantastic. One minor issue: the resort is about 7 km out of town. It didn’t affect our adventures too much, since travel around the area was generally very busy anyway, and the shuttle service was a great bonus when we couldn’t get a ‘Gojek’.
