“KUSURSUZ”

The staff were attentive, friendly, and very polite. The hotel and rooms were spotless and comfortable, everything was flawless. The location was perfect, rooms spacious, well-maintained and cozy, beds comfortable, the bathroom was superb. Even a small, well-ventilated smoking area in the hotel was a lifesaver for me. It was, by far, the best hotel of my entire trip to Japan. I didn’t like that it was so perfect; it raised our expectations, and we might not enjoy other hotels we stay at in the future.

“Repetiria segur”

My favorite hotel of the whole trip to Japan! The room was huge, the beds comfy. It’s right next to a shopping gallery and there’s a convenience store and cafés a few meters away. If you love shopping, this is the hotel for you! Super well‑located. It would be nice if the amenities were put directly in the room instead of having to fetch them every day, but that’s a minor detail.

The central location, restaurants and shops right below the hotel, the staff’s kindness, and the daily room cleaning. The room was small for three people, but that’s just how it is everywhere in Japan.
