The room was filthy, with sweatpants and a baggy t‑shirt worn by the front desk staff, which felt unprofessional. The caulking in the bathroom was poorly applied, and cockroaches were in the bed area. It’s the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ll never return.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool water was at a pleasant temperature. Food, however, was awful: biscuits were so dry they were inedible, bagels lacked gravy and butter, and sausages were swimming in grease. The floor was being vacuumed and washed while guests ate, which was unacceptable.

The hotel was relatively quiet and the staff were friendly, but the place could use a thorough cleaning and repainting. It feels a bit worn and run down.

The location is good, breakfast is decent, and the rates are reasonable. I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub only opened at noon, which made the hours feel odd.
