The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were slow, taking almost an hour to check in, and they didn't mention that a daily insurance deposit was required or that the pool was paid. Room service also forgot my order and never brought it.

“Not bad, not great. There is room for improvements for this hotel”

The location is great since it’s on Republic Square. The rooms are old, the mattress isn’t comfortable, and the staff could be more engaged with guests; when I tried to call room service or the desk they never answered. The breakfast options could be improved.

The hotel was well refurbished and clean, breakfast was good, staff were friendly, and there is a money‑changing machine in the lobby that works well. When you ask reception to arrange a taxi, make sure you ask for a fixed price, otherwise the driver might overcharge you.

The only good thing was the location. Service was very bad; we had to call many times for one thing. They gave us a room that required us to go up stairs first, which was a hassle because I was traveling with my kids.

The room was excellent and comfortable, the hotel sits in central Yerevan, there’s a pool, and the staff are friendly and responsive. Carrying luggage up the stairs at 11 p.m. isn’t very convenient; the gym is a bit weak—just enough for a quick workout or cardio.
