A nice quiet room next to Castelnou, a beautiful French village. Close to Thuir, where there are plenty of dining options. Nothing else.

The place was quiet and the breakfast was great.

“Très bon séjour.”

The reception was very friendly and the location was convenient for visiting Ile sur Têt. The room was spacious enough, and there was a balcony to relax on plus a pool that opened a few hours at the end of the day. A mini‑fridge was in the room. Breakfast was simple but nice, and we could eat outside. The only downside was that check‑in only started at 17:00.

“Ruhiges sauberes Zimmer!”

The welcome was very warm! The room was small with a bathroom, and the owners lived next door (a bit noisy). For us it worked because we rode a motorcycle over, showered, slept, and had coffee with a small snack. There is a pool that can be used at certain times, but you end up walking around the owners’ living room window. Occasionally three dogs would come by, which didn’t bother us. The village is quiet and small, and there’s a little seat in front of the door. I had trouble with the beds: only one sheet, no proper blanket, and the mattresses made us roll into the middle. A hand soap would have been nice.

Everything was perfect, but having coffee and tea in the room would have made the stay even better.
