The dinner and breakfast were very varied, everything was good, and the staff was very helpful. The room was large, very close to the city centre with parking next to the hotel. I didn’t like the rest.

I liked the receptionist who carried our luggage; everyone at the front desk was polite and always smiling, making us feel at home. I also remember the elderly woman who worked during dinner, eager to serve us and let us know if the food was suitable for Muslims. Everything was wonderful and beautiful. I didn’t like that during dinner they asked us what we wanted to drink; we expected it to be included in the pre‑paid amount, but after we left we were surprised to see extra charges for the juices we had. I also didn’t like the heavy key to the room.

Both dinner and breakfast had a very varied buffet, everything was good and the staff were very courteous.

Good location, 5 minutes on foot from the centre. The staff were friendly, breakfast was satisfactory, the room was spacious and clean. The property isn’t the most modern but it’s well maintained. The dinner menu was varied and of good quality. Value for money is good.
