The hotel sits in a convenient spot, a reasonable distance from the airport, and my room offered lovely views of Kigali. I liked the breakfast, and the staff were ready to help with anything not on the table whenever I needed.

I couldn’t stay because I arrived at midnight after booking a week‑long stay, only to be told the room was double‑booked. They tried to move me to a less desirable sister hotel that isn’t in a convenient area, which is why I chose this place. When I declined, they attempted to charge a cancellation fee. Completely unprofessional.
