“Excellent hotel”
Everything at the hotel was brilliant, we had all we needed, staff were very friendly and helpful and even offered a free taxi to the jetty; nothing else.
The place is conveniently located next to other shops, but the staff—especially the women—are not very polite to customers.
Getting around is easy, but the water pressure is low and the lift is slow.
It was fine for a single night while waiting for the ferry to Tioman Island, but the room was poorly sound‑proofed and traffic noise kept us up all night.
The location is pretty good, with plenty of restaurants, a big supermarket, and a coffee shop nearby. Walking from the bus stop gets you there, and the pier is just a few minutes on foot. The bathroom uses an electric water heater, so the water can suddenly get very cold and the pressure isn’t great. One thing to remember: the room doesn’t come with shower gel or shampoo.
