The place has an excellent location, is clean and the staff are friendly. We skipped breakfast because there are plenty of spots nearby offering more than just coffee and pastry. The property sits in the city centre, so evenings are noisy – we anticipated that, so it was no shock. We didn't experience any noise problems during the night.

Room and common areas are standard. The building, stairwell, and elevator are paid. Street noise.

The room was large, clean, had a safe, a comfortable bed, and a bright bathroom. The location near Piazza Dante is good. At the lower entrance the B&B name is not on a sign. The stairwell lighting is very dim or the lamp is off. Street noise is still audible even with the window closed. Breakfast includes one pastry and one coffee at your request; everything else must be paid for.

The breakfast was served outside the hotel, in a restaurant on the piazza across the road, and it was perfect to start the day. The stay itself was lovely, but you really need to experience the city to get a feel for it.
