Great location and the staff are very helpful. Compared to other accommodations in the area, this place is comfortable and modern. It can be a bit noisy; stormwater drains or plumbing in the walls cause regular tapping behind the bed. The morning call to prayer is loud, which is fine but can surprise those not used to it.

A comfortable large room with all the facilities you need, within walking distance of Tanah Rata. The price is high for Malaysia.

The location and the hotel itself are beautiful. The room and bathroom need cleaning, the towels smell, and the price feels high for the room.

The room is spacious and cozy, parking is straightforward even during heavy rain, and food is easy to reach with nearby shops like Family Mart. The only downside is the room isn’t fully soundproof; at night I hear doors slamming in other rooms and even noises from above until 12 am.
