“Cancelled my reservation without notification the same day”
They cancelled my reservation without any notice, which I found out when I tried to check in at 10 PM and had to locate the only hotel room in town at double the cost.
“Never stayed. We left while police were there and went to a safer place”
Police cars were present upon arrival, and the clients there were shady.
“only reason for stay was location. nothing "super" about it! How does Wyndham put its name on this?”
The spot is in a solid spot, but the bathroom was filthy and the smoke smell was overpowering, with a strong disinfectant odor lingering the whole time we stayed. We ended up paying double because of an event that night.

The advertising was false: there was no breakfast, only coffee; the room was in disrepair with holes in the walls, the bathroom was not clean, hair was in the shower, there were no cups for daily meds or rinsing after brushing, and no receipt was provided or offered; we will not use this hotel chain again.

We chose this place because it was close to the concert venue and the restaurant we’d booked for dinner, and the view from our room was of a pretty pond. However, the room had a patched hole on one wall and a damaged wall next to a bed with heavy scuff marks, and it smelled strongly of a cleaning agent. When we first entered, a loud argument was happening down the hall. I’d say the room was clean, but we paid almost $300 for it.
