Grand Ixora Kuta Resort

“Overall great, especially their reception and security staff.”

Staff, location and room. Bathroom and guest amenities need some work. Their 1 Product for everything smelt bad and guests expect, shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap and body lotion

“A perfect little boutique hotel in a great location for beach and airport. Not too far from the action.”

The location was just right for me and the reception and security staff were fantastic; both rooms I stayed in were fabulous. I didn’t like the bathroom or the products they offered: the hand soap dispensers didn’t work properly, and the single product they used for everything smelled bad. A hotel that claims 4 ⭐️ shouldn’t rely on just one product for all purposes; guests expect separate items for washing hands, body, and hair, as well as conditioner and body lotion. The bathrooms also lack a hand towel for drying hands, which is not standard.

“Great and convenient place to explore Kuta”

The neighborhood was a bit off, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault.
