The kids’ playroom was great and they organized activities for children, the buffet had good dishes, the beach was close, and the rooms were roomy. However, the water in the kiddie pool was cold, the booking for the bowling and billiards in the game room was poorly organized, the reception set specific times but no one was available to run the game room, and after many complaints and a 40‑minute wait someone finally opened it, yet no one came to explain the opening issue.

The rooms were spacious, modern and spotless, the wellness area was nice and the massage I booked was perfect; overall the hotel felt very modern and comfortable. The staff seemed barely trained – especially in the restaurant where orders were repeatedly wrong: once the main course arrived before the starter, another time both came together, and on the third night a side‑dish change left me with no sides at all; the lavish breakfast turned into a “buffet battle” and the staff looked completely overwhelmed or even indifferent.

The breakfasts were very good, the pool was great, and the bowling alley was awesome. The area is nice, but overall I had mixed feelings after the stay. It’s definitely not paradise, the name is far from that. The kitchenette annex in the room is just a name—there’s no way to plug in a kettle, and tap water shoots out with huge pressure when you unscrew it, so I ended up spilling myself and the whole annex. The sofa that’s folded is terribly uncomfortable to sleep on and squeaks loudly. Paying for bathrobes at the pool at that price is weak; they should be included. The room has a high window but zero view. For the price of a weekend this room is unacceptable. If someone wants to relax over a weekend, they won’t succeed because the hotel hosts weddings on Friday and Saturday, the noise is awful and everything carries. In short, I don’t recommend it; we’re disappointed and definitely won’t return.
