The property is very clean and the staff friendly. The bed was comfortable, the air‑conditioning worked, the parquet floor, the spacious room, and the large bathroom with plenty of amenities (toothbrushes, slippers) were all appreciated; the sheets and towels were immaculate. Paying 25 € to stay with our Golden Retriever didn’t include any “pet amenities” (bowl, crate, snacks, biscuits, divider) that are usually provided for that fee. We travel a lot with our dog and are used to paying for such extras, but it was a small note to suggest the hotel add those details, given their strong focus on human guests. Also, staying on lower floors and having noisy guests above can be disruptive because the wooden floor transmits sound.
