KYRIAD ROUEN NORD - Mont Saint Aignan

The staff were very welcoming, yet they had a lot of duties for just one person. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh orange juice. The hotel needs both interior and exterior renovations; the room felt gloomy. We stayed for three nights, but the trash wasn’t taken out. The front desk person handled everything. The evening menu was brief and disappointing because there’s no nearby restaurant. A few years ago, it was a friendly place with pleasant evening meals and a cheerful atmosphere.

Breakfast was solid for the day. The taxi service arranged through the hotel was a hassle.

The hotel is convenient for its location, but the rooms are old and lack soundproofing. I had a ground‑floor room that I would not recommend because after 10 pm all entries are through the hallway. The room wasn’t clean, had no sound insulation, and the bathroom’s condition needs improvement.

The room was very pleasant and comfortable, so I slept great. The breakfast was varied and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
