The staff are foreigners who speak fluent Japanese, or at least polite Japanese, so I had no trouble with service. However, there were some pieces of trash in the room (under the bed and in the back of the trash bin), the sheets were dirty, and a hanger was broken.

Breakfast was delicious; I enjoyed being able to pick what I wanted and felt it was a good value. The room was a bit cramped, but it was clean, so that wasn’t a problem.
