Patricia and Bobby are two gems on this planet, friendly, warm, helpful and kind—rare traits these days. They personally welcomed us to our rooms, explained everything, and assisted with all our needs. The property is literally a 5 minutes walk from the beach, with all amenities nearby and a cute little cafe right next door. There’s a nice sit‑out area outside the rooms where guests can enjoy food and drinks with no restrictions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a functional kitchen and fridge; a maid cleans every day, and there’s a paid washing service with nominal fees. All photos in the listing are real.

The location is great, off the main road but close to a fantastic cafe and street food/local kiosks. The large shared balcony space is full of greenery, and the little studio apartment has a private balcony to enjoy. Patricia was friendly, warm, and helpful, and daily cleaning service is available if you want it. Fresh drinking water comes from a reverse osmosis system, so there’s no need for plastic. I loved the space and the extended stay, and I hope to return one day! It wasn’t clear that the gas cooker is a daily expense, and when we extended our stay we were charged more than the original genius deal, but the positives outweighed this.

This is the best budget‑friendly stay; we had an amazing time here. It’s the best place if you’re visiting with family. If you’re looking for an in‑house restaurant, this would not be the right choice, but there are many options nearby.
