“Be careful”

I was charged without permission on 10th October and, to this day, the refund hasn’t come through. The management largely ignored me, and when they did reply they were dishonest and unhelpful. It feels like a fraud that remains unresolved.

Clean, staff super friendly, breakfast decent. The noise from the tramway is awful, as if you’re outside with poor insulation.

The room was roomy enough for three people, bedding comfortable, staff lovely. The night was very noisy because of the street below.

“Muy difícil acceder al apartamento”

La ubicación. Muy complicado entrar al apartamento, llegamos desde España en ferry y tuvimos un problema con la cobertura del móvil. Como no nos funcionaba internet estuvimos hasta las 00.00h buscando soluciones porque no podíamos abrir la puerta del apartamento. Necesitábamos llamar a un número para que se abriera y menos mal que un señor que pasaba por la calle nos ayudó, porque llamamos a un policía que tampoco sabía cómo abrir. Y llamando a la puerta no nos contestaba nadie. Por cierto, al teléfono de contacto solo pude acceder yendo a un bar a conseguir wifi porque el que venía en el SMS de booking no nos cogía nadie el teléfono

The suite was huge and in the centre. The self‑check‑in was irritating after a long flight.
