The room was a mess, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work either.

The cleaning was spot‑on, but the hot‑tub left me wanting more.

The staff were fantastic; they let me in at 11 am even though check‑in was only at 2 pm, and they sent me water and chocolate as a nice touch—something I’ve never seen before. The shower was great, the internet was solid, and there was nothing else to complain about, except the TV in the room that didn’t work, though it wasn’t a big deal.

Everything was flawless: rooms, cleanliness, friendliness, proximity to everything, and the breakfast was highly recommended—10 out of 10. Nothing to criticize; it was all excellent.
