The room was in poor condition: the door was dented, there were work marks on the wall, and the lock didn’t work.

The service was very friendly and the space was large, but the breakfasts were tasteless and looked unappetizing; there was no air‑conditioner remote or hair dryer in the room, so we had to ask for everything, and there was no bottled water in the room.
