“Great experience would do it again”
Great experience and thought of everything through kids eyes. How expensive the food and drinks were with minimal options
Proximity to Legoland. Amazing hotel staff. We stayed at the castle hotel previously and found the hotel stay here not as nice
Loved the easy check in, the treasure chest in the room, so many activities for the kids to enjoy. The staff was great! and the details inside the room. I didn't like that i had to pay for parking very disappointing since im staying in your hotel

The property is beautiful. Very engaging and child centered. We booked four rooms under one reservation. Two of the rooms were not ready at 4. (We’d checked in at 9 a.m. and were assigned rooms at that time, so for 7 hours they knew those rooms needed to be ready) At 4:30 another room was ready with the last room not ready until 5
