The spot is right in the center, and the hotel feels cozy and homely. Gerald and Zivora on the staff were wonderful, attentive, and ready to help—truly respectful. The meal was good, and the cleanliness level was excellent!

Central location means you can walk straight into the city from the hotel. Parking is available on the premises or next door (guarded). The staff are extremely friendly. You can book on‑site excursions to places like the Komani Sea or Teth. You just step up to the hotel entrance and everything is taken care of! The beds are nice, there's a stocked fridge, and we had a shared balcony. The breakfast menu is limited; I personally prefer a buffet. Dinner was average.

The spot is excellent, and the reception staff are really friendly and helpful. The room is clean, the bed is super comfy, and the shower is lovely. It's a fantastic place to stay right in the centre. The only small drawback was breakfast; I would have liked to pick individual items from the menu instead of set menus.
