The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to offer advice—whether about sightseeing or public transport. Breakfast could be ordered extra at a neighboring hotel just a few meters away; otherwise it was rich and healthy, though perhaps a bit of meat (salami) was missing. The rooms needed a small touch-up.

The owner and his family are truly wonderful—kind, friendly, warm‑hearted, and always ready to help with anything. They treat you like more than a customer, almost like family, and even helped us rent a car, which was incredibly useful. Every request was met with a smile, and you can feel their genuine care for guests.

The accommodation is beautiful and clean, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. It’s not a hotel or an apartment, but more like a family. We’re deeply grateful for the loving, helpful family‑style hospitality. Next time we visit Istanbul, 100 % we’ll choose Güven Hause Istanbul again. The location is perfect—every attraction is a 15–20 minute walk. Breakfast is very tasty and generous. ❤️🇹🇷Thank you for everything🇹🇷❤️
