मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The wellness complex offers good value, and the rooms are nice and large. The staff were extremely unfriendly and impatient; it would help if they just smiled once.

The air conditioning seemed not to work; the room was too warm.

The rooms were fine. The pool was too cold.

I liked the breakfast and the end‑of‑day service, but the check‑in was a hassle – we were given a single‑occupancy room, we just dropped our bags and didn’t notice, and later we realized we had been misdirected when comparing rooms the next day.

The breakfast was remarkably varied and tasty, the rooms were spacious, and the location was ideal for public transport; there were plenty of free weekend parking spots around the hotel, though the on‑site parking garage was paid. Despite the proximity to the train station, the area stayed quiet, and the S‑bahn took 13 minutes to the city centre. Unfortunately, the whirlpool was out of service due to maintenance, a fact that should have been communicated at check‑in; we had even asked about the opening hours. There was no signage around the spa area, only a notice right in front of the whirlpool, which was disappointing.
