The room was very spacious, the queen‑size bed was comfortable, and there was a wide variety of food for breakfast. The only downside was the location; it was safe though.

Cleanliness was good, breakfasts were very tasty, and the staff were friendly. The only drawback was that it was 15–25 € by taxi to the center.

The staff are friendly, especially those serving breakfast who always add a little touch; the breakfast spread is very well stocked, the suite matches the photos perfectly (so it’s large), and the room cleaning is quick and efficient. The hotel is also well‑located near the central station and just a stone’s throw from Pigneto, a neighborhood full of good small restaurants and bars. The bathroom fixtures are starting to look a bit dated—maybe the bidet is no longer needed and the tub could be swapped for a shower. The lighting is either a bit too harsh or a bit too dim.
