The location is excellent, close to the castle and offering valley views; the hotel is clean, the food great, and the manager is incredibly kind and welcoming. Just a heads up—Google Maps shows the wrong spot; use the hotel’s address to get there.

The balcony offered a beautiful view, the staff were amazing, breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. They put too much food for breakfast.

The location was wonderful, very close to the castle and the tourist trail. The panoramic views were stunning. Mr. Kamal and his wife were the most welcoming team and made my stay totally fabulous. Some technical issues with the bathroom equipment—there was a small hygienic shower that needed fixing.

The hotel’s location is perfect for visiting Ajloun Castle, just a 5‑minute drive from the visitor centre. When the weather allows, you can eat the good meals offered by the hotel on the outdoor terrace, enjoying a beautiful view that includes the castle, town, and valley.
