Great breakfast and amazing people, but the wifi was a let‑down.

The place is pretty cute, with a hall full of quirky, typical décor. Our room was tiny, but I chose it for the reasonable price of 70. It was clean and had a microwave and fridge. The breakfast was fantastic, it really lifted my spirits! One night a bear dumped a bucket outside the building after someone tossed food scraps. The mountain setting is beautiful – I went at the end of October and there was already snow. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste.

The room was gorgeous with a balcony, heated right when we arrived, spotlessly clean, and the check‑in was tight – a letter with clear instructions was left in our name. The vibe felt cozy, but the breakfast was a bit thin and the options were limited.

“Very disappointing. It was the most I spent for a room on my 30 day trip and also the worst motel.”

The TV kept buffering and I couldn’t watch anything. I called the reception and a girl tried resetting the router, which didn’t help. The next day I spoke with the manager, who said I didn’t know how to use the TV and was very rude. The soap bottles in the shower were empty, but when I mentioned it the manager insisted they weren’t empty and that I should squeeze the bottles. The manager was ignorant and rude.
