The location was great, close to Gramado’s city center, and the hotel felt very cozy; the breakfast was superb, the rooms were clean, and the service was friendly. I’ll definitely come back.

Location is close to Canela and some attractions. There is no covered parking, and on two rainy days it becomes problematic.

“HOSPEDAGEM COMERCIAL / EXECUTIVA”

The front‑desk staff are attentive to requests and needs. The shower (temperature and pressure) is a highlight we liked. Breakfast is only "reasonable" compared to other places in Serra Gaúcha; the variety of breads, cakes, and fruit is lacking. Parking is uncovered and shared with vehicles that refuel at the gas station. Our expectations were badly disappointed because the photos misled us about the location—on the edge of the highway next to a busy gas station that stays active late into the night. The furnishings are old and nothing innovative or thematic. We see it more as an “executive/commercial” hotel than a “tourist/charms” destination.

“Vale muito a pena!”

The location is great, easy access, always a quiet spot to park, and a convenience store right in front. Breakfast is excellent, all high quality and good options. Beds are very comfortable, smart TV works well too. Air conditioning is available and functioning, though we didn’t need it. The room was a bit damp, had a slight musty smell, and some stains on the corners of the walls—nothing that became a real nuisance.
