I stayed in a very spacious, clean room with a comfy bed and a perfect spot close to the train station and the main square, so everything was within a 10‑minute walk. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience solid and worth recommending. The only downsides were some dampness near the window after heavy rain and poor soundproofing that let me hear loud neighbors clearly.

The building, elevator, and room were fine. However, there was no hot water in the evening or the next morning. The staff were friendly but seemed restrained by management from offering any compensation for the situation.

The location was close to the station. I felt that a four‑star hotel room shouldn’t have a toilet tucked in a cupboard or a bathroom with a salon door.

In the city center, the 24/24 reception and very friendly staff made for a good breakfast. The tram runs right outside, but double glazing lessens the noise.
