The place was spotless, the staff were courteous, and there was nothing to complain about.

We received a ground‑floor room, which was perfect for arriving by car with a lot of luggage. The room was pleasantly sized and clearly had been freshly renovated. The staff were extremely friendly, and the value for money was spot on. The only flaw was that the huge TV was set to the wrong picture format. Otherwise, there was nothing else to criticize.

I was shocked by how poorly I was treated at the hotel. Housekeeping just walked in, pulled out the trash, and left the bed unmade, the floor un-swept, and the bathroom untouched—none of the basic cleaning I paid for. When I asked the front desk why my room hadn't been cleaned, the staff member said it was “hotel policy,” but couldn’t show me any policy, and after I searched online I found nothing to back it up. Instead of fixing the issue, he got defensive and threatened to call the police just because I asked a question. The housekeeper claimed she didn’t speak English, yet I saw her chatting with the front desk and understanding him perfectly, which made me feel dismissed. I paid for a room and expected respectful service, but I was treated as if I had done something wrong for asking why it wasn’t cleaned. I won’t return. She even rolled her eyes at me when she was caught in my room but not cleaning it. The hotel’s slogan says “cleanest rooms on 290,” but I doubt they took me seriously because I’m Mexican and don’t speak Spanish. They seem to dislike people like me and Americans.

“If they fixed that problem. This is a good places to stay unless they always changes their room price”

The place is clean and the amenities are nice, but the door locks on our rooms kept messing up. We stayed for four days in three rooms with a group, and we had to go back and forth at least five or four times to get the locks fixed. Whenever we tried to return to the room after stepping outside, the lock would automatically engage, ruining our days.

“Covers the essentials: clean room, basic breakfast, free parking.”

The rooms were clean and they even provided a toothbrush, but there was no toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, or lotion, and the towels were changed daily. The location was fine, but it was just a basic stay. I didn’t know there would be daily housekeeping, so I left personal items out. There was no security lock box. Breakfast was just to-go: granola bars, muffins, and bottled juice, not what I expected. There was no pool or lounge to relax in, so it felt more like a motel. Traffic from the interstate could be heard in the rooms, but I still managed to sleep.
