“Ужасный отель, никому не рекомендую!”
Nothing about this place pleased me at all. The room was tiny, everything was old, shabby, and broken. Dirt was everywhere, even in the toilet and bathroom. The sheets had hair and stains that looked like blood. The overall cleanliness was totally unacceptable for a hotel. The manager was rude and refused to help; we had to struggle to get a room change. He first said there were no free rooms, even though there were plenty. That attitude left a very unpleasant impression and made us distrust the staff. Instead of a proper vacation, we faced grime, broken stuff, and rudeness. The hotel did not live up to expectations at all, so I don’t recommend staying here, especially if you care about cleanliness, comfort, and respectful service.
