The hotel is close to restaurants and key sights, offers a wooded view from the balcony, and has a range of family‑friendly activities. However, loud people outside and in the shared entry/stairwell made it noisy, the timeshare presentation at check‑in felt rushed, the in‑unit ice maker didn’t work, the master shower had low water pressure, hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen warmed slowly, we were charged for a s’mores kit to use at the outdoor fire, and the key card didn’t allow access during the approved late check‑out period.
