The staff were top‑class, super friendly and helpful without ever being pushy. My room stayed spotless and was cleaned daily. The AC and shower worked perfectly, giving me a quiet, comfortable refuge after long days of island hopping. The only hiccup was that the fridge wasn’t working well.

I spent some wonderful days at the Z Garden Hotel. What I liked most was the staff’s service. From the moment I arrived at reception, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and attentive to everything. She helped me organize island tours and transport, and everything turned out great. They always greet you with a smile, making you feel welcome. The staff are always available to help, which is much appreciated when traveling. The rooms were also very good, and overall the sincere and helpful attitude of the staff exceeded my expectations. It’s great to find such professional and warm people at a place!

The hotel sits right in town and is very close to the jump‑off area for tours. A guard stays overnight, which made me feel safe and secure. The room feels modern and clean. The staff are the best! I commend Ms. Elize for assisting me and for helping me make the most of my stay in El Nido. I highly recommend Z Garden Hotel to everyone visiting El Nido.

The location and comfort were great, and the beds were super comfy. But the best part was the staff. Rence and the whole team were amazing, helping with everything we asked for, always friendly, happy, and welcoming. Nothing else to note.
