The location is great, close to the palace, the church, and most tourist spots, and the place is quiet. There's no soap or bathroom amenities, but coffee and water are available.

A beautiful boutique hotel tucked into the narrow alleys of Santa Cruz. It has a rooftop terrace you can climb if you have time—lovely in every way!

Excellent location, very clean hot water, helpful staff, and good communication before and during the stay. They didn’t offer an in‑house breakfast, but they arranged a meal at the nearby restaurant.
