The place is well‑situated, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are responsive.

The only good thing about the property is its central location; the reception is nonexistent (you have to pick up keys at a nearby restaurant), the stairs are steep with no elevator, cleanliness is poor in both common areas and the room (the bathroom floor clearly wasn’t washed), the space is very dark with a window overlooking a closed courtyard, and there are holes in the walls and on the bathroom door.

The room was clean, but the stairs are steep, which is a problem for someone with knee pain like me; it should have been noted that the room is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. I won’t return, though I might recommend the hotel to friends visiting the area. A smile from the manager would help; we felt he was annoyed, and if he doesn’t know how to greet guests properly, he needs to learn even for a single night.
