BB Casamatta was ideally located in the historic centre of Naples. Massimilio took great care, both remotely for concierge services and in person at breakfast, and his responsiveness was exceptional. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.

Central location, clean and comfortable room, good communication. The staff were helpful and friendly. Watch out for the step by the shower if you’re a little clumsy like me.

The area was very central, close to the metro and within walking distance of the city‑center attractions. Like all buildings in the old city, the exterior wasn’t the prettiest, but the room itself was perfectly fine. Breakfast wasn’t continental; they only offered sweet options and yogurt. All in all, it was fine and I would return. There is no elevator, so it isn’t suitable for people with mobility issues.

Really excellent location, comfortable room and good breakfast. What really stood out was the helpful advice before arrival and the support during our stay. Super helpful and some excellent meal recommendations! Booked a taxi for our onward journey too. Thanks so much. The only draw back is the long flight of steps, but then we went on to stay in Positano and we realised what steps really are!!!
